The $500 Dyson Airwrap styler vacuums up wet hair to curl it

Dyson announces the second beauty device since supersonic. There is hair color that depends on air rather than extreme weather. Called the Airwrap styler, this product is powered by Dyson's V9 motor and dries hair through a phenomenon called the Coanda effect.

When the air blows along the curling rod's curved surface, the difference in air pressure pulls the hair to wrap the player. Dyson says that 230 engineers and scientists have been developing for six years, while the Air Lab Styler has been starting at $ 500.

Because the styler uses air instead of air, the hair must have a certain amount of moisture to be styled. This is because some of the accessories supplied with the styler have a pre-styling dryer that dries the hair to an ideal moisture level.

Then there is a soft smoothing brush to add volume to delicate hair, and a Firm smoothing brush to straighten curly hair. There are two Airwrap barrels, 1.2 inches and 1.6 inches in size, paired to change the hair style clockwise and counterclockwise. Finally, there is a round volume brush with added look and volume.

There are currently three sets that you can order from Dyson.com, and the attachments are different. The full set containing all of the attachments mentioned above will return $ 550.
